Inside Out Group incorporated in 1994 as a collaborative partnership between Robert Weimer AR 2955 and Clem Papas CGC058452. As one of the first design-build architectural firms based in Dunedin; This team has worked together to complete thousands of projects of all sizes and details, all the while donating time and services to local individuals and community members in need. I.O.G., Inc has maintained their high level of client care and continues to work to meet the needs of individuals in which it has the pleasure to serve.

Personal Profiles

Robert M. Weimer has the foresight, knowledge, advice and understanding that can only come from an individual with long term, real world experience. Not only has Robert been licensed to practice architecture since 1961, he also lived, learned and taught architecture during some of its most influential years. Robert completed his education at the University of Florida before moving to Pennsylvania to work study under such renowned architects as Louis Kahn and Frank Schlesinger. Robert later returned to Florida to start his own firm, Inside Out Group, Inc. It is here that Robert implemented his personal vision, acquired knowledge and common sense approach to design.

Clem Papas is a classically trained artist and sculptor, with a passion for design and a gift for envisioning the overall project picture. Clem studied architecture and received a 2 year Architectural Degree then earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1986. He has put his knowledge and passion for art and architecture towards building a reputation for creative thinking and problem solving. He is a Florida state licensed general contractor with a complete understanding of budgets and scheduling. As president of Inside Out Group, Inc., Clem has maintained a comfortable work environment where clients feel free to express their ideas and opinions.
